ku9s Terms and Conditions

ku9s operates an online betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you", "member") and ku9s ("we", "platform").

ku9s bears no liability for account misuse or security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ku9s reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be required to provide a national identity card or other relevant documents upon our request. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). ku9s supports the following payment methods:

Funds deposited must come from an account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be rejected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the total amount (deposit + bonus) before withdrawing the bonus funds.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus. Total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw, you must wager ৳2,200 × 15 = ৳33,000.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the ku9s platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, ku9s reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Program

The ku9s VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are subject to change, and ku9s reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

5.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on the ku9s platform will be considered valid only when they are properly registered in the system. If a bet is not successfully registered due to a technical error, it will be considered void.

5.2 Result Determination

ku9s's decision is final in determining the outcome of all events. In the event of a dispute, our technical logs and data will be considered authoritative. For sports betting, the official results of internationally recognized bodies (ICC, FIFA, etc.) will apply.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing artificial bets to take advantage of bonuses or offers (Bonus Abuse).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Using software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members when betting (Collusion).

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

11.3 No Waiver

If ku9s does not exercise any right in a specific situation, this will not be considered a general waiver of that right.

11.4 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. The Bengali version will take precedence over any translation.
